The Path to Purpose
A coaching model inspired by the labyrinth

The labyrinth is an ancient symbol of wholeness. It traces a winding but purposeful path inward, towards the centre, and outward again.
We do not emerge quite as we entered. Along the way, awareness deepens, insight becomes possible and new choices begin to take shape.

The coaching process resembles walking a labyrinth. We move inward through exploration and deepening awareness, towards a place of insight and inner knowing. We then move outward again, considering options, making choices and putting those choices into practice.
My approach is informed by Integral Theory and The Coaching Centre’s Integral U Framework (Pampallis 2005/18). These help us look at the whole of an experience: the individual’s inner world and outward behaviour, as well as the relationships, culture and systems around them.
The framework gives us different ways to understand what is happening and where change may be possible. The work itself remains personal, practical and responsive to what you bring.

Why I coach
Change offers us an opportunity to grow
Alongside navigating and learning to thrive within the pressures of my career, I’ve also followed a transformative path of personal development. A profound journey of growth and healing has led me to a life of purpose and meaning, with the drive to help others do the same.
Our lives are an unfolding journey, conspiring to give us experiences we can use to grow. Change, whether welcome or unwanted, offers one of those opportunities.
I coach because being accompanied through change matters. It is easier to see clearly, remain open and make different choices when another person is willing to listen closely, ask honest questions and walk beside us for part of the way.
