Shape what comes next

Purpose and transition coaching for people navigating meaningful change in their lives, leadership or work.

When the old way no longer fits and the next chapter is still taking shape, I help you find clarity, connect with your inner wisdom and make choices that are true to who you are becoming.

When something needs to change

Sometimes we find ourselves in a place where things no longer feel as though they fit. Our way of living, leading or working needs to change, but what should come next is not yet clear.

The need to find a new way forward may come from a change in circumstances: a growing business, a new role, a new place, an unexpected disruption, a health crisis or a loss.

Sometimes little has changed outwardly, but something within you knows that the old way is no longer right.

I work with people, including founders, leaders and experienced professionals, who are navigating periods of meaningful change. Their circumstances may be demanding a personal shift, or an inner evolution may be asking them to make different choices in their lives, leadership or work. Often, the two are inseparable.

You may be

  • Starting a new chapter without yet knowing what it might look like
  • Facing a change you did not choose and trying to find your footing
  • Realising that a role, identity or way of working that once served you no longer fits
  • Leading a business that has outgrown its old ways of operating and is asking something different of you
  • Trying to make sound decisions while much around you is changing
  • Reconsidering your purpose, priorities or contribution, and what success means to you now
  • Outwardly capable and successful, but inwardly uncertain about what you want

How coaching can help

My work creates space to slow down, hear yourself clearly and connect with your inner wisdom.

I do not prescribe an answer or rush you towards reinvention. I help you understand what is changing, notice the patterns and identities shaping your response, and remain openhearted and steady while you find your own way forward.

The aim is clearer judgment, choices that feel aligned, and practical movement towards what comes next.

My approach

My approach is integral. It works with the whole person: how you think, feel and act, and the relationships and systems around you. It helps insight become change you can live, rather than an idea you understand but struggle to apply.

Where useful, I draw on an assessment that brings together the Enneagram and a developmental maturity framework. This can help you see the patterns shaping how you respond, recognise strengths and blind spots, and understand where growth may be possible.

Embodied awareness is also central to the work. By paying attention to what is happening in the body and in the present moment, we gain access to forms of knowing that thought alone can miss.

My work is informed by psychology, mindfulness and wisdom traditions, but it remains grounded in the realities of everyday life, leadership and work.

The experience I bring

My approach is also grounded in lived personal and organisational experience. I have founded and led businesses, worked as a managing director and chief strategy officer, advised boards, and developed leaders and teams.

Along the way, I have navigated entrepreneurship, emigration, career change, parenthood, personal loss and health challenges, and experienced failure as well as success.

This means I understand transition from more than one angle. I can work with the inner experience of change while remaining attentive to the choices, relationships and practical realities around it.

What to expect

Our conversations are spacious but purposeful. You can expect deep listening, honest reflection and questions that help you see familiar situations differently.

We may work with thought, emotion, embodied awareness, relationships and the wider systems shaping your experience. Where helpful, I will offer practices, reading or reflection between sessions.

The work follows a clear path, but it is not formulaic. We stay close to what is alive for you and to the change you want to make.

What my clients say
