THE PATH TO PURPOSE
INSPIRED BY THE LABYRINTH

The labyrinth is an ancient symbol of wholeness. It represents a meandering but purposeful journey to our own centre and back again out into the world. Who you were on entering the labyrinth is not who you are upon leaving it. You have walked through a process of deepening awareness, unlocking insight, choosing action and emerging changed.

WHY DO I COACH?
Alongside navigating and learning to thrive within the pressures of my career I’ve also followed a transformative path of personal development. A profound journey of growth and healing has led me to a life of purpose and meaning, with a drive to help others do the same.
Our lives are an unfolding journey, conspiring to give us experiences we can use to grow. Along the way we are presented with opportunities for profound healing and transformation. We are given a chance to find freedom, to connect to our purpose, and to bring our greatest gifts to the world. To walk alongside another person on their journey, to truly see them and in some small way to help them along their way, is one of the most fundamentally human and rewarding things we can do.

THE PROCESS
The coaching process is like walking a labyrinth, moving in through exploration and deepening awareness to a place of wisdom and insight, then moving out as we consider options and adopt actions to emerge into a new way of being.

The navigation of this process is guided by AQAL (All Quadrants All Levels and Lines) Integral Theory, specifically the integral quadrants as mapped by TCC’s Integral U Framework (Pampallis 2005/18).
Integral Theory provides a holistic framework for understanding the human experience and incorporates several models of human development. It gives us a big toolkit on which to draw to help explore new perspectives and fertile areas for growth.
